Borrowed Kitchen was born in Jerusalem, and is on the move. What stays true in every kitchen is that I cook where and when I can for myself and people I love.
Why the name? I’m a mobile lady in mobile times, and these days I find myself moving from kitchen to kitchen, cooking where and when I can, with whatever tools I can, in whatever square footage available.
What you’ll see here: things made from scratch (like bread, and cakes, and pie!) and all manner of sweet and savory comfort food.
